Face Aging Studio uses prepaid credit packs. This page explains when refunds may be reviewed.
Credit packs
Credits are used to generate AI images. Once credits are used for a generation, they are normally not refundable because the AI processing cost has been incurred.
When to contact us
Contact support if you were charged incorrectly, bought credits by mistake and did not use them, or if a technical issue prevented delivery of the service.
How to request a refund review
Email support@faceagingstudio.com with the email used in the app, payment date, amount and a short explanation.
